Security
All physical services are located in a secure, 10,000-square-foot carrier-class
data center, with locked cabinets and biometric security.
Network Availability
All systems include high network availability with redundant hardware. Internet
connections are multi-homed with BGP4 technology from multiple Tier 1 backbone
providers (Level3 and UUNet/MCI) on redundant Cisco 7204 routers and Foundry
BigIron switches.
Database Security
Databases are thoroughly locked in order to ensure that they can only be accessed from
internal systems.
Network Security
Sensitive data is encrypted with 128bit keys over the industry standard Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. |

Firewall
All systems are maintained including managed NetScreen™ Firewall
Protection.
Application Security
Users are required to login with triple identification: client code, username,
and password.
Browser Security
Inactive connections are automatically timed-out and disconnected to prevent
unauthorized usage.
Data Backup
User and system data is backed up at least once nightly onto a RAID server,
with secure, redundant, off-site storage. |
