Setting-up and using HireTrue at your company is as easy as one, two, three.

1. Client Analysis
The client analysis process identifies those positions to be implemented, non-standard questions, additional languages and look and feel to be integrated as part of the application process, in addition to any other requisite customization. The process is accomplished either online, by phone, or through an in-person, consultative session depending upon projected volume and your own individual requirements. After the position analysis, an initial template is created to help identify those applicants likely to be the best fit for the available positions. For mass hiring needs, a benchmarking study may be conducted in order to ensure the best possible accuracy around the targeted selection process.

2. Setup Confirmation and Launch
Next, a Kiosite Client Champion will confirm details of the system setup, including your chosen Product Edition, volume information, usernames and more. You’re now good to go.

3. Ongoing Support
