How much does the HireTrue platform cost?
The HireTrue Professional Edition costs as little as $499 per month. Additional features and the Enterprise Edition are available to meet your exacting needs. How do I know which edition is right for me?
The Professional Edition is right for companies seeing approximately 50-400 applicants per month. For larger organizations, the Enterprise Edition likely represents a more effective opportunity. For smaller organizations, Kiosite will be introducing a new solution during the first quarter of 2005.

Where types of companies currently use HireTrue?
HireTrue is in use at healthcare, financial, retail, service, transportation and other companies. The underlying algorithms and Caliper expertise are employed at leading firms such as FedEx, Avis and Wal-Mart.

Are the integrated Caliper assessments validated?
Because of Caliper’s extensive work and millions of assessments, our research and development team works to ensure the ongoing validity and unbiased nature of the instruments. The integrated tools are validated as predictors of behavior.

Data Collection, Retention and Availability

Where is my data stored? Do I have access to it?
Your company’s data is stored on our servers in a secure facility with redundant backup capability. You have immediate access to the data at any time through the data export feature. While Kiosite provides regular backup and disaster recovery and reliability, you are free to backup your data as well.

Does Kiosite ever view or use my individual data?
Kiosite does not access, view or use your data in any way except when providing system support or services as necessary, or as may be legally required.

How can I be sure of data integrity and security?
Kiosite uses state-of-the-art encryption, secure socket layer (SSL) and other technology to ensure that data remains secure. Policies also work to further ensure that your data remains exclusively yours and that our administrative engineers are immediately alerted to any errors.

Who owns the data collected by HireTrue?
Your company owns all individual data collected on the HireTrue platform. Kiosite may aggregate data to provide statistical information, but the underlying records are otherwise your company’s exclusive property.

What happens when HireTrue goes down or is unavailable?
The HireTrue platform provides exceptional stability, security and redundancy in its availability and connectivity. While the system is designed to be available 24/7, should an outage occur for any reason, procedures ensure that data is maintained and that the system is brought online as soon as possible.

System Setup and Installation

What is involved in the setup process?
Select any unusual questions, languages and questionnaire information, work with our team to establish your Key Result Areas, get us your logo and you’re ready to go.

How much time does setup take?
Setup takes as few as 48 hours to complete. More advanced Enterprise deployments may take longer and are a function of the number of positions and benchmarking required.

What is required of my company’s IT department?
HireTrue is a completely web-based application and requires no IT involvement to setup, maintain or use on an ongoing basis.

Is training required to use the HireTrue platform?
Detailed training is generally not required as the application is designed to be user-friendly. However, online training and coaching is always available, along with context sensitive help and telephone-based client service. For those requiring on-site training, however, Client Service Experts are available.

Can I customize my HireTrue setup or add features?
Enterprise Edition clients may have specific modules and features custom-developed and added to their implementation as required. Professional Edition clients have more limited customization available, but are invited to provide feedback that will be integrated in adding features for future releases.
